Our policy lasts for a period of 14 DAYS. Kindly note that if 14 days have passed since your date of receiving the package, our team will not be held liable for it and thus cannot help with refunds and exchanges.
Can I cancel the order ?
If you’d like to cancel your order, you may request a cancellation at any time before your order is shipped by contacting our team.
If the order has not been shipped out yet, we will provide a full refund to the original form of payment used to place the order.
If your order has shipped out, customers will be responsible for covering the cost of sending the ordered item back to our facilities to receive a full refund.
How do I return?
-Head to your Account Page and click Return on your order.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days from the receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- The return must be shipped within 14 days from the reception of your order
Promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 working days.
